I have read all of Dr. Hiebert's commentaries and books. I was his student at the Fresno Mennonite Seminary many years ago. I used to visit him in his home. He was a very godly man and a top notch biblical scholar. I have never known anyone who was more humble than he was. He was very well versed in biblical literature across the spectrum from liberal to conservative. He regarded the Bible as the inerrant Word of God.
