Contains transl. of the letter of the early fathers of the church, known as the Apostolic Fathers, the Didache and so forth. Would have been even better with some commentary added to each text. This is just translation.

Good resource and a praised work of translation. I've reviewed this book ten years ago.

The best version of any English Bible. Also the academic standard version for those of us who approach the Bible with a historical-critical view.
