• I struggle to understand how the Logos version can be $53 when I can get a paper version on Amazon for $37. I love the idea of electronic books but am not willing to pay a 43%premium to get them.
    1. I agree that many of the works on Logos could be offered for less. A couple benefits of having the Logos version, are that you have full search access to your resource for quick study results, and that you get updated versions when they come out.
    2. I'd love to know where you found this for $37. I am looking for it and the cheapest physical copy I have found was $94.
    3. at the time of my post I did find it for $37 but I see that now it is over $100 on Amazon.
  • I still struggle to understand why the electronic version costs $20 more than the print book. I understand that Logos needs to make money, but isn't there a way to do so and still be competitive with paper books?
    1. Why is the Logos version $15 more expensive than the print book from CBD? I get that there is a cost to produce the electronic book and apply all the cross references, but the cost of production should be offset by the cost of printing, binding, etc.
      1. Just checked. Kindle version: $27. Logos version $46. Have to decide if the cross referencing is worth paying 70% more.
    2. Why not offer this package to everyone? The language tools are the biggest attraction for me to Logos.I get many emails every week telling me to upgrade to Logos 6 and then do not allow me to purchase the package that best seems to meet my needs and interests.
      1. Hm, could you upgrade to a different package and inherit your old language resources that are associated with your account? I've never upgraded before but perhaps that is a possibility.
