Martin is a keen theologian, apologist and philosopher-of-sorts with a background in both the sciences and theology. He graduated from the University of Cape Town with a first class honours in Computer & Electrical Engineering (BSc). Progressing from the sciences, he spent the next 8 years studying at the Bible Institute of South Africa where he earned his Masters in theology. During that time he spent two years studying the life and legacy of Charles Darwin and wrote a presuppositional apology for his Masters dissertation. He is now married and settled in Zimbabwe where he works as the academic dean at Harare Theological College.
