We envision our Lord equipping us to come alongside those inside and outside our church in a discipling process. Our intentional actions will seek to multiply our engagement with others. As we journey together, our thoughtful pace will enable us to see and understand the Bible. We will experience transformation and discover that the Bible will read us. As it reads us, He will cause us to grow – bringing conviction and repentance. Reading together will ignite our souls and produce a zeal to bring the Bible to others.
Empowering us as believers with Kingdom focus, we will bring others to a place of a deeper commitment to God, His Word, and His ongoing work of sanctification. By His Spirit dwelling in us, our relationships with Him will mature in practical ways. This will be a process of understanding God's design for living His abundant life, not just a program to complete. We recognize this read-through ministry as the Holy Spirit's vehicle for us; doing the inner work – the ongoing work.
