- I dont think it is practical to offer a daily devotional as a readers edition. It should be possible to add this devotional to the get started add devotional but it isnt. Why have this feature then?
- FWIW I created a reading plan for this devotional. You can search for public document 'EG:DDCSAL Reading Plan', or download directly from logos https://flshare.net/t35df6 I'm looking forward to going through this with my family.
- Ha ha! I just noticed I did the same as Keller McBride above without knowing it. I guess "Redeemed minds think alike!"
- And God spoke all these words: “I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery. You shall have no other gods before me.” (Exodus 20:1-3) The teachings of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, often referred to as Mormonism, are in direct contradiction to the foundational doctrines of traditional Christian theology. It is therefore concerning that Logos, a respected platform for theological resources, has chosen to provide space for views that many consider to be outside the bounds of orthodox Christianity.
- You say that "It is ... concerning that Logos ... has chosen to provide space for views that many consider to be outside the bounds of orthodox Christianity." Many consider Catholicism "to be outside the bounds of orthodox Christianity". But who cares? If you don't like a resource, you're not forced to buy it.
- This verse is about Israel's sole covenantal relationship with Yahweh. Latter-day Saints fully agree with this verse. Let's not go misrepresenting other's theology.
