Stand up & be approved by GOD
Blessed is a man WHO....PERSEVERES UNDER TRIAL.
Stands up under keeps going till its over. To remain when it gets hard in life. I remain under the trial to be approved by God. Why?, to gain the crown of life God promised.
It shows me that where this verse is set in the chapter of asking for wisdom and talks of money and the appearance of people. Temptation does not come form God. It’s in us the sin in the flesh the physical body.
Then James goes into what is right and good for the believer to do in response of trials.

Blessed is a man who perseveres under trial; for once he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him.
