- The content of this book seems excellent and goes along nicely with the (separate product) video lectures. There are lots of helpful maps and pictures. However, the picture quality is too low, especially for the maps. If one looks at it for a while, one can (mostly) read what the text/label likely is, but it shouldn't be that difficult, especially when the quality on the print version is great. Since otherwise, this is a great resource, I hope Zondervan and Logos can increase the quality of the pictures, especially that of the maps. Until then, I'd recommend just getting the print copy.
- I have been using the NASB95 for a few years and believe it to be a faithful and accurate translation. However, it appears that with the 2020 update that they are catering to the current culture. Due to the "gender accuracy" and overall less elegant feel of the text, I would recommend staying with the NASB95 or the Legacy Standard Bible (hopefully it'll be released on Logos!)
