It’s origins were humble; in fact, the very first meeting of “The City of the Living God at Lakewood” was held at the “Star Of Hope Men’s Development Center,” in 2005. A caring atmosphere, quality leadership, and community outreach attracted people from all ages, religious backgrounds, races, and walks of life.

Today, Evangelist/Pastor – Robert McAuthor Thomas, Jr., has become known as a “Fire Baptized” preacher of the Gospel. He is constantly busy leading the lost in Houston, Texas, and around the world to a saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ. Whether preaching to millions on the worldwide web or speaking to a single person.
