On page 31 of your Encountering the Mss book you say "P46 (Chester Beatty II), Paul’s major epistles (lacking Pastorals). This manuscript, usually dated ca. 200, is probably earlier, according to Wilckens, Kim, and me." Can you point me in the direction of tracking down these references (i.e., Wilkens and Kim)? Thanks!
