This week we will be wrapping up our summer-long focus on the attributes of God. It’s been great to dig deeply into these attributes and learn more about our amazing God. If you’ve missed any of the previous weeks, you can find all the past sermons on our God Issermon series page.
This Sunday, our focus will be on the truthfulness and faithfulness of God. We’ll begin with a call to worship by reading Psalm 92:1 and singing Psalm 92. Then, Lamentations 3:22-23 reminds us of the enduring faithfulness of God toward his dearly loved children. We’ll read these verses together and then respond with Great Is Thy Faithfulness.
Following a special Kids’ Time with Marcia Jarrett, Pastor Andrew will open the Word to explore these final attributes of our sermon series with his message “God Is Faithful and True.” We’ll all respond to God’s truthfulness and faithfulness together in song with Jesus Firm Foundation, and then conclude with Prayer and Giving, and be sent out with a Benediction. If you have a prayer request you’d like to share this week, please email it to:prayer@meadowsfamily.org.
Find a few moments to prepare for worship as you prayerfully engage with the Scripture and songs for this week. Remember also that attendance is limited at our in-person services right now, so you must register if you’d like to attend.
