We need to make sure we publish the digital bulletins for Sunday Morning, Sunday Evening, and Wednesday Evening Services, so people can have access to the announcements and slides. Here are the instructions with pictures from my iPad. I will publish instructions from a cell phone, and directly from Proclaim also.
Publish a digital bulletin from an iPad. Go into Proclaim and make sure that the middle icon at the bottom of the page is highlighted green which means that you are on that page. If the right most icon at the bottom of the page is highlighted you will not be able to get to the menu to publish the digital bulletin.
Look at the below pictures. Once you are on the right page, the menu on the left part of the screen, click on the CONTENT folder.
Then click on bulletins. You should see a list of draft bulletins and ones that have already been published. Click on the bulletin with the correct date and AM or PM service that you want to publish and click on it to open up the bulletin. You can look at the bulletin to see if it is the correct one if you like, then click on the PUBLISH button, and you are done.
