Vision

We desire to take as many people with us as possible to heaven and as the Lord will grant us

Mission

We believe that we are called to establish a people that will be ready for the second coming of the Lord Jesus Christ

Beliefs

· We believe in the Trinity (Father, Son and the Holy Spirit)

· We believe the Bible is the ultimate authority, in its entirety (Old and New Testaments) and in unmodified state. It takes precedence over any and all traditions of man.

· We believe that the Bible should be read and studied by everybody, while we accept that some will be better knowledgeable and able to teach others, everyone has a responsibility to study the Word of God.

· We believe in salvation through faith in Jesus Christ, the second birth and following Jesus thereafter.

· We believe in water baptism by immersion to those who have accepted Jesus Christ.

· We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit done by Jesus Christ. While we accept that Jesus Christ may use a human instrument to achieve this, the prerogative and authority lives with Jesus Christ.

· We believe in prayer (all kinds of prayer, Ephesians) as a necessity for the life of a believer and the church.

· We believe in the second coming of Jesus and that we should be ready and prepared for his coming especially for the time of trouble that will come upon the earth prior to the Lord’s coming.

· We believe that a believer will always have room to grow in the knowledge and likeness of Jesus Christ and that this should be the pursuit of every believer

· We believe in living the Christian life in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity

· We believe in loving all people and believe they are all God’s creation, but we also believe that humanity fell through sin and is need of a Savior to restore him back to the Creator. We believe that this Savior is none other Jesus Christ and that He alone is able to restore man back to the Creator. Without the saving work of Jesus Christ, a person faces eternal damnation

· We believe in the gifts of the church starting with the fivefold ministry gifts and all other gifts Jesus Christ gave to the church for the edification of the church. We see all the gifts as necessary for a healthy church.

· We believe in reaching out to the unsaved. There are many people still unsaved and they will still be many even before the Lord’s return. We will do our very best with the help and guidance of the Holy Spirit to reach them

· We believe in fellowship and even more as we see the day of Jesus Christ’s return coming. A fire with many logs burns even brighter that a fire with one log.

· We believe in grace but also in holiness. We believe that grace enables us to live a holy life as opposed to justify an unholy life.

· We believe that the Lord gave us six days to work and to rest on the seventh day. We will honour the sabbath

· We believe in excellence. Anything we do, we shall work at it as unto the Lord because we know that we are serving the Lord and shall receive a reward from the Lord.

· We believe in reaching out to the hurting world. We understand that we live in a fallen world full of many challenges to humanity and that we have a role to play as a church to make the situation better however the Lord leads us.
