"And He died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for Him" (2 Corinthians 5:15).
We so often stay focused on what is wrong around us that we lose sight of WHO is right. The human mind is a funny thing. We tend to marinate and ruminate in the evils, the hurts, and the wrongs down to us by others. We choose to focus our thoughts there rather than on the ONLY ONE, Jesus Christ, that brings peace, comfort, and counsel through the Holy Spirit. Let us reframe our thoughts and responses. Instead of focusing on the negative and creating negative self-talk in our lives, let us focus on the truth of Jesus and who He says we are. Let us pick up our cross and follow Him and His ways. Let us show those who have hurt us or wronged us who Jesus Christ was, is, and will always be. Amen.
