Titus 3:4-5 But when the goodness and loving kindness of God our Savior appeared, he saved us, not because of works done by us in righteousness, but according to his own mercy. . .
Thought for Today
God’s ultimate display of goodness appeared with the coming of Jesus. God saw that His image within us was tarnished by sin. We did not have the ability or strength to polish the tarnish away by our own efforts. So God, in His goodness and mercy, sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to wash it away for us. His blood from the cross has washed away the tarnish of sin from our lives and restored the shine of God’s glory within us. His image shines bright in us once more. This was the greatest display of goodness in the history of creation. How can you unleash the glory of His goodness today?
Prayer
Lord Jesus, thank You for showing me the goodness of God’s when You gave up Your life for me. Help me to let Your goodness shine through me today. Amen.

Quote of the Day
When I despair, I remember that all through history the way of truth and love have always won. There have been tyrants and murderers, and for a time, they can seem invincible, but in the end, they always fall. Think of it--always. ― Mahatma Gandhi
