That statement made me think of the conversation we had with Ethan....he was saying he was questioning whether it was right to bring a child into this world at this time...and his cynical side was suggesting not. I didn't want to get into with him...but I think that creating a child or anything like Sarah said...is a way to speak into the darkness and provide hope in a way...I know that can be miss-used as well but I love the idea of creating and hope going together.

The statement is truly resonant.

I’ll finish reading it and be sure to write what I think. So far I am of two minds, but I think everything will turn around in this book.
