Les Corbett in Logos
Hi Logos Team,
I'm getting this at the top of my Logos app window (Windows 10 Pro). The sync icon shows an exclamation symbol constantly. All of my other devices seem to be ok and highlights, notes, etc. show on them as well. just curious why I'm seeing this. Should I open a ticket with Logos support?
- We are sorry to hear that you are seeing that error in Logos. Currently, we are performing sync maintenance that is causing that sync error to appear in Logos. You can check at https://status.faithlife.com/ to see any progress reports on this and other issues, or to subscribe to updates for these issues. All data should be stored locally for you until that sync maintenance is completed and Logos can once again connect to our servers to sync your account.
- Hi, Shara Heiniger (Faithlife). Thanks for the reply back. It seems to linger today as well. I checked the status portal and everything shows green. However, I am still seeing the sync alert.
