It’s a special time of worship together this week as we highlight and celebrate our Caring Friends ministry! Sharon Rickerson and our Caring Friends will give us a taste of their ministry, leading us in worship together through Scripture and song as the beautiful and diverse family of God in Christ.
After an update on our Caring Friends ministry and a few brief Announcements we will have a fun and engaging Kids’ Time (be sure to grab an activity bag, kids!) Then, I will be continuing our Matthew sermon series, Kingdom Come, with a look at Matthew 14:34-36 when Jesus Heals the Sick in Gennesaret. Our Caring Friends will lead us once again as we respond to the word together in song and be sent out with a Benediction. Be sure to stay after our service for Fellowship Lunch!
Do you need prayer? Please let us know how we can be praying for you. You can drop a prayer request card in the giving box in the atrium, or send your prayer requests to: prayer@meadowsfamily.org.
Find a few moments this week to prepare your heart and mind for worship by engaging with the Scripture and songs for the week, and asking God to use our time together to build up His church and glorify Himself. Everything you need to know about our Sunday worship services can be found on the Worship page of our website.
