Brandon in GK092 Interactive Greek Alphabet Course (Erasmian Version)

Hello, everyone! I'm learning Koine because I want to read and understand the old and new testaments the way a Jew in the first century would've understood things. I've memorized the first six verses of Genesis in Koine and hope to keep going in the NT. I found Genesis so far to be easier to read and understand, but am open to easy readings in the NT as well. I think I accidentally bought the Erasmian version of the course, but hey, whatever.

Way to go Brandon! One cost effective way of having everything unlocked (Alphabet courses and GK101) for several months is to take the Greek course (ala cart) in the non-graded track at Redemption Seminary (Redemption.edu). It also teaches you how to type in Greek to complete a workbook. All materials are included for $132/mo. for 4 months (as of 2026) and you can extend that time if you want with a minimal extension fee. Then you can always switch over the regular graded track without additional cost or work (applying what you have already paid) and have your work graded in conversation with a mentor.
