Darren opens James 1:19–27, continuing our series on James from last year. James challenges us to not only hear God’s Word, but to live it out. James shows that true freedom is not found in doing whatever we want, but in walking in obedience to God’s perfect law—a freedom that transforms the heart, shapes our speech, and produces lives marked by compassion, purity, and genuine faith.
