- Hi Willie, Sorry you’re having trouble. If the issue is a username password issue you’ll find reset options on the login screen. However, if you log in and there are still issues, you might try a different browser. This will help you determine if it’s a cache/cookie issue. There are some browser security settings that can sometimes interfere with logins as well so trying a different browser is a good diagnostic step for multiple reasons. If none of that helps please use the Help > Contact Us option on the site and we will look further into your account specifically and personally.
- I also am having some difficulties. It is not with the login, but I cannot access new material. It keeps dumping me into the sales pitch for the upgraded account. Its been very frustrating.
- We had a half dozen or so reports of this and have sent the issue up to our development team. If you can try a different browser it typically corrects itself. Some initial investigation where users were able to share details for testing suggests some browser security add-ons may cause difficulty with loading in necessary cookies, as well as another possible issue with some versions of another browser for similar reasons.
