I am having the same problem Ryan Nelson had 2 years ago. When I try to use my Faithlife keyboard I get a message saying "no results reload" No matter how many times I reload I still get the message. I have allowed full access. I have uninstalled the keyboard and the app and started from scratch several times but no cigar. How do I fix this problem?? (I have an iPhone 6)
- I need to get an expert involved, but I believe Apple's moving away from keyboard apps to iMessages supported integrated into other apps. If you install the Logos Bible! app on your iOS device, you can go to iMessages and then activate Logos there to get the Bible verse graphics. (See https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT206906 for how to turn an app's iMessage support on.)
- Hi Caitlin! Bob Pritchett is right. The best way to access the functionality of the Faithlife Keyboard is to use it with iMessage. If you follow the link that Bob shared, you'll find some directions on how to enable it. Moving forward, we'll be updating and supporting the iMessage extension. All you need to do is 1.) Update your phone to the latest version of iOS (10xx) 2.) Make sure you download or update the Logos Bible App 3.)
