Laura Hanson just reached out, asking for prayers for her dog Bernie. Bernie had an eye injury a month ago that has developed into an eye ulcer. This eye ulcer poses a serious danger to Bernie, and Laura can’t afford the cost of the surgery to have it fixed. Please pray for healing for Bernie and wisdom and provision for Laura.

Please pray for Tom Grimm. Here is an update from his daughter. "Hi. It was been a rough week. I got info from his regular nurse yesterday. Dad is not doing well and becoming more confused. He needs to be fed, bc he doesn't know what to do by himself. He's refusing meds and spitting them out, not sleeping, being agitated, aggressive, trying to get out of bed, trying to hit staff. He's talking to someone and hallucinating trying to do something with his hands. I came over after work yesterday. Dad was calm in bed. He needed to be changed, so I sat with him for a while after. Micheal came right from work and stayed until 7:15. It was rough. He was vomiting. I spoke with the hospice nurse this morning. She was with Dad, and he responded to her. She's making some changes. Dr. Zambrano, the hospice doctor, happens to be an infectious disease doctor. Biggest changes Ativan gel instead of tablet, Trazadone at night for sleep, Broda wheelchair and 2 mattress floor mats. She observed his swallowing is ok. No vomiting or diarrhea since yesterday. If it resumes and continues he's got meds as needed. They are adding a 250mg cranberry tablet and lactobaccillus every 12 hours for 28 days. She's discontinuing some of the supplements, bc they aren't helpful at his age. Sorry, if this is TMI. I just create an update to share with everyone. I really like Gemma, his hospice nurse. She wants to make sure we understand the medical decisions."
