A super, approachable commentary on this important New Testament epistle. Written from an Arminian perspective Dr Outlaw does a masterful job dealing with the text in this verse by verse commentary. He presents varied views on key texts of the letter in a fair, balanced way. While not a technical commentary, Outlaw deals with many of textual issues of Hebrews in a clear, understandable way.

Indispensable for biblical studies.

While at times the series is a bit uneven (as most series are) it is a very good, pastoral commentary series. I hope Logos will be including the Matthew volume that was released last summer very soon. The volume on Hebrews is one of the best works on the book. All the authors of this series are conservative, evangelical scholars that affirm biblical inerrancy.
