I think the point of getting this resource should be to understand why God is so upset with the surrounding nations for idolatry and demon worship and to fill in some gaps and gather some context when we read the Bible. Let's hope no one believes in these deities and demons! I think liberal would be an understatement. More like a Satan worshipper would be a better description. Let's hope when we read that we praise God and give him all the glory for defeating the powers of darkness and empowering us through His Holy Spirit to work in us and through us and with him to make his kingdom come and his will be done on earth as it is in Heaven!
