Although it is disappointing when prepubs are delayed, I think they are much more reliable than they were years ago. This is simply a guess, but since the delay was not very long, the release is probably close.

As the author, I appreciate the interest in the commentary! I can only say that my role is finished (both in writing and in revision), so it shouldn't be too long now before it comes out.
