Stephen Paynter
- I have had a number of these in paper for awhile, and they are excellent. Ideal if you are looking for a book length treatment of many of usual loci of a systematic theology. I particular recommend Bray on the doctrine of God; Helm on providence; MacLeod on the person of Christ; Letham on the work of Christ; and Ferguson on the Holy Spirit. The others I am less familiar with, but am looking for to reading.
- I'm wondering if these are all written from the Reformed Tradition? If so, are they written to espouse that view solely or is it written in a more comprehensive, irenic fashion (say, more like Erickson)?
