Continue broadcasting music and service on YouTube and radio. The service will be transmitted on FM 106.5 in case someone would rather listen in their car in the parking lot.
We will start back slowly with safety as the foremost concern. Social distancing will be maintained and masks are strongly encouraged for all inside the church. This information as taken from Gov. Reeve's Safe Worship Guidelines published 19MAY2020.
No:
• Sunday school or other classes
• Handshakes, hugs, or other close contact
• Nursery
• Choir
• Hymnals or bulletins
• Lord' s Supper or meals
Changes:
• Encourage people to stay home if high-risk, symptomatic, or potentially exposed.
• No sharing microphones.
• Only sanctuary and restrooms are open.
• Block off part of pews to distance seating.
• Overflow seating in side rooms (ideal for large family groups).
• Enter through front door or side entrance. Back door will be locked to reduce area for sanitizing.
• Dismiss from rear to front after service.
• Screening signs posted at entrances.
• Sanitizer at entrances.
• Offering plates at entrances.
• Prop/hold doors open or handle covered with disinfectant cloth.
Cleaning:
• Sanitize door handles and other high-contact areas before and after each service
• Restrooms sanitized before each service.
• Remove hymnals before restarting (so we don't have to sanitize them).
• Sanitize microphones after each service.
