I appreciate the great work and time that William R. Newell puts in his commentaries. I have thee hard copy of this and both his other books; The Book of Revelation and Romans: Verse by Verse. These are great commentaries, a must have for any student of the Scriptures.

Gordon Fee is one of my favorite writers and this is a very informative writing. Also equally good is "How to Read the Bible For All It's Worth! These I purchased and I enjoy reading both.

A. A. Hodge was a great theologian.

Dr. C. I. Scofield was one of the greatest preachers and teachers of the past century. His writings are quite relevant today as it was then. His Fundamental teachings and his Dispensational viewpoints are right on course. I recommend this set of books.

This book is very informative. A must read for all who are associated with the SBC and all Baptist. Know your history.
