• For me as a pastor, I love to have the information so that I can share background and meaning on hymns with the congregation. This resource gives me help in being able to do that; and, I appear to know what I am talking about. Win, win!
    1. As a professor in a Bible Institute, my students and I have found much help in this study of a difficult Biblical topic. Dr. Heiser's careful scholarship, insight, and theological acumen, have made for a thorough presentation of some insight into the unseen spiritual world. I find that his critics seldom offer any acceptable alternatives to his conclusions, but blind accusations are plentiful. Dr. Thomas Simmons, SouthWest Florida Bible Institute, Port Charlotte FL
      1. Great collection of some really valuable research material. Good combination of more up-to-date resources coupled with standard material that has proven helpful through many years. Whether building a serious research base or replacing valuable print resources with digital, you will not go wrong with these selections.
        1. Thorough, challenging and biblical. Freuchtenbaum's dispensationalist viewpoint enhances the reader's ability to understand the systematic presentation of this vital subject for our day.
          1. I have known Arnold Freuchtenbaum for many years. I have always found him to be an able scholar and trustworthy guide in my studies. One would profit greatly in understanding of the subject matter of these commentaries by Dr. Freuchtenbaum.

You have also mis-spelled his name LOL. But yes, he is amazing :-)
          2. I use Our Own Hymn Book for personal and congregational worship, as recommend it for daily devotional use. Each psalm is poetically interpreted and can be sung to any of several metres. I recommend it highly.
