• Why do I have to "purchase" the wallpaper? I have been using a Logos wallpaper for several years and, recently, Windows made an update and my wallpaper was gone. Then I get a hassle trying to get a new wallpaper and I cannot get the resolution needed. The 3840x2160 will not download which supports my resolution.

I would recommend connecting directly to the Internet using an Ethernet cable, or perhaps trying a different network to download it.
