- This resource includes English translations along with the transcriptions, the other resource is abridged and does not include the English translations.
- When you say 'abridged', are you referring to the lack of English translations in the other resource or are you saying that even the Hebrew/Aramaic texts are abridged in the other resource?
- I own the hardcopy of the study edition. From what I can see, the study edition has the complete original text and the English translation as well. The Forward says they don't claim that they include all texts. For that, one needs to consult the editio princeps (primary publication of the DSS). It is also important to note that the book does NOT include the biblical texts, only the non-biblical ones. For my money, the study edition is the way to go.
- It would be great to be able open the "Referred to As" results (or at least every Biblical reference to the character) in a Bible using a visual filter like you can with cross references from the Passage Guide.
