- I am sorry but this did not translate well to LOGOS. I don't think the people indexing the book could read Greek. The Ephesians LOGOS bible links did not match up with Greek diagrammed sentences. The author in the attached video DID tell us that you will not be able to access the lemmas due to the diagrams being a scanned copy. I honestly missed them. I was able to split my screen and include a greek bible to see the greek in sentence form, but the authors notes are included in a completely different book which makes it cumbersome to flip through an English Bible, a Greek bible and then have enough space to see and comprehend the diagrams. I decided to ignore the book on the diagrammers notes. Basically all Logos did was put up scanned copies of the diagram and then give links to your favorite English bible translation. Since some of the links are wrong that means the only use I can get is from the diagrammed sentences myself. Paul's Greek grammer is involved to begin with so unwrapping the diagram would have been helped with correct links and functional lemmas.
- This doesn't sound right. I feel certain that the links from verse references to diagrams are supposed to work. I suppose it's possible that only links from Greek NT editions will link to the diagrams, but that doesn't sound like a defensible scheme, given the breadth of functionality that Logos provides for verse references. If you haven't contacted Customer Service about the problem, I suggest that you do so. Surely this is something that, if it is indeed as you describe, ought to be fixed ASAP. I have not read this forum often, so this is the first time I have heard of this issue.
- I strongly discourage the purchase of these videos from Logos. They are not updating them so they are a static purchase. I had hoped I could get these videos to update on my home screen daily. They do not and will not. This will always be an incomplete set. Do not pay for something you can get for free. Donate to Daily Dose directly. I deeply regret this purchase.
- FYI for future purchases, Logos does have a return policy.
