The silver library is probably the best one to buy first. It has pretty much all the tools that the Logos bible software has to offer so you get to use all the features. When you've mastered the functionalities of the software you can start adding more books to your library (if needed). For the luther package I would have been willing to switch some other books for a full systematic theology of a major lutheran theologian (for example Pannenbergs systematic theology).
