- I replied to Scot Cameron's post, however, I want people to see this. I agree with him that they should be included in base packages. I've been to two MP seminars, for Logos 5 and Logos 6, and after owning Logos since it first came out, I still only know the basics. When people ask me about Bible software, I steer them away from Logos to Wordsearch since it is easier to use. If you want people like me to help Logos, then help us learn it better. You have got to try and meet us half way.

I'm aware it's on a discounted price at the moment, but sorry Don, I love Logos and support this ministry with a passion, but sadly the powers behind Logos' decision are just totally wrong and extremely blindsided on this one. This has been an ongoing complaint from many Logos customers, which is not going to go away until, as William suggests, you meet us half-way. Why not add the collection to the Bronze Base Packages at least... although I believe they should be added FREE to every Starter Package. I also think that by adding them even to the Free Package would encourage people to invest in the other Base Packages when they realise what it can do :-)
- I have two complaints. The first one is that LOGOS charges $5 extra for each payment on a payment plan, when it is 'automatically' done! When WordSearch does not charge anything extra, and their costs are getting cheaper. Just drop that $5 charge, ok? Secondly you want to charge a monthly fee for LOGOS NOW. I've been with Libronix/LOGOS from the beginning, and now have the LOGOS 6 Master Library, which I'm still paying for, and you don't take care of your customers. I believe you are getting utterly ridiculous in your costs. And now I am hearing you may be coming out with LOGOS 7. Question, will the items in LOGOS NOW be included in LOGOS 7, or do you still want more money for LOGOS NOW?
- How exactly are you "not being taken care of"? You're getting exactly what you paid for. This sounds more like an issue of expectation than getting what was advertised. I do agree with you about the payment plan charge, it's a case of "soft usury".
