If you don't read German, there is a version of this book in all English, published by Eerdmans. Not sure why Logos chose the German/English version.

How is this different from what is already available in Logos? I don't get it.

This is similar to other resources already available in Logos, but it also has a different approach and perspective on how to better understand the Greek New Testament.

How is it that the world leader in digital Christian resources does not offer their flagship magazine in digital format?

This is not a bad dictionary. It is similar to Vine's or Mounce's. However, Logos did not take the time to add an index for Greek and Hebrew lemmas (even though both Vine's & Mounce's have them). Therefore this does not show up in Bible Word Study, etc. So it is not very useful as a "Logos" resource. It does not even have an index for Strong's numbers (although it does contain Strong's numbers). The index is for English words only. This is inexcusable. Come on Faithlife! Take the time to make a useful dictionary by adding a simple index!

I do not see this resource listed in Bible Word Study either. If you open a blank word study and search for a term that is in this dictionary it will show up at that point but it is hard to known all the terms they include. If anyone has guidance let me know.

Will this include Strong's numbers or a reverse interlinear?

It will also include the updated text, as per the description, correct? This is very important, since there have been a number of updates to the translation text since the version currently on Logos. e.g. Prov. 31 has been significantly updated to reflect current linguistics research on how the Hebrew verb works in poetry.

Willy, I'm not seeing anything in the Logos product description about Strong's tagging. However, the FAQs section of netbible.com/faq/ indicates that Strong's tagging has indeed been done for this text. I assume it wouldn't be too difficult to take this work that has already been done and provide the same tagging capabilities in Logos. (See attached screenshot.)

Just so there is no confusion, the screenshot discusses changes from version 1.0 to version 2.0. There were then additional changes that bring the current version to 2.1. The Logos edition is the 2.1 version.

I think there is a mistake in the description. The RSV does not contain the book of Enoch.

Thank you very much for pointing this out! It looks like the NRSV does contain the book of Enoch, while the RSV does not. Our crews will be updating the description shortly to reflect this!
