To an amazing thinker and a devoted professor. I have had the privilege to sit in a classroom with Dr. Okello and he is one of a kind. I highly recommend this book.

This needs to be added to the other three volumes. While it is a necessary tool for accessibility for the paperback the logos tagging makes indexes almost absolute. There is some commentary but not enough to be substantial.
