5/24/23 Job 19:25-27  For I know that my Redeemer lives, and at the last he will stand upon the earth.  26  And after my skin has been thus destroyed, yet in my flesh I shall ysee God,  27  whom I shall see for myself, and my eyes shall behold, and not another. My heart faints within me! Redeem -- To release from blame or debt, to clear, to free, to buy back, to change for the better, to free from the penalty of sin It would not be an understatement to say that few have lived on the earth who have endured as much hardship, heartache, and humiliation as Job. The sad thing for Job is that these calamities caught him completely off guard but was also the result of God showing Satan that God trusted Job. Even in all of his suffering Job still remained steadfast. His faith and steadfastness is summed up in this passage of scripture, I know that the one who will free me lives. I know that my Redeemer lives and He WILL stand on the earth in the last days. Job goes on to say that even after this body of mine has been destroyed, I will see Him with my own eyes. What do you know about YOUR Redeemer? Do you trust Him today? Let Us Pray Lord, Increase Faith Today in us as we trust You to restore us, to free us, to release us from the bondage of sin that has held us in captivity. We confess You as our Lord and our Savior. We confess with our mouths that You are God, born of a virgin, who died in our place but was resurrected to redeem us back to God. We accept Your atoning sacrifice for us and will live our lives for You. You are our Redeemer and we know that You live. In Jesus' Holy Name...Amen

5/20/23 Isaiah 43:18-19 Remember not the former things, nor consider the things of old. 19  Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert. For many, our present situations are dominated by past predicaments. We seem to find ourselves on the proverbial hamster wheel of life replaying the most painful moments in our past. That hamster wheel keeps us mentally and physically fatigued, too fatigued to move forward in the present. This text is a great encouragement to forget the past, God is doing a new thing. I want to encourage you that no matter what the past predicament was, it's just that, the PAST. God is doing a new thing for you, it shall spring forth. He will even make a highway in the wilderness just for you and a river in a dry place because He loves you. Let Us Pray Lord, Increase Faith Today in us and help us to forget the things of our past. The grip that our past has held over us, we now release it in faith trusting in You to bring us into a new land where there are rivers in the desert and highways in even the densest wilderness. Lord, we love You and trust You to see us through. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

5/17/23 Philippians 4:8-9 8 Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. 9 What you have learned and received and heard and seen in me—practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you. What do you spend the most time thinking about? Not just thinking, but deep intense thinking? Whatever the answer to that question is will reveal why you feel the way you do most of the time. There is a saying that says to watch your thoughts; they become words. Watch your words; they become actions. Watch your actions; they become habits. Watch your habits; they become character. It stands to reason that if our thoughts fully manifested to fullness become our character, it would behoove us to change our misaligned thoughts. Especially those thoughts that aren't aligned with the character of God. Our text instructs us on what things we ought to think about. Whatever is true, honorable, just, pure, lovely and commendable, think on those things. If we do this, it will impact our character, and the God of peace will be with us. What's on your mind today? Let Us Pray Lord, Increase Faith Today and lead and guide the meditations of our hearts and the thoughts of our minds. Lord, we desire to be in Your will but our thoughts are filled with things that are not only unholy, they are self-defeating. We find ourselves thinking more about what we can't do and that we won't succeed than believing that we can do all things through Christ Jesus. Lord, guide our hearts and minds back unto You today. Forgive our sins and save our souls for Your glory. In Jesus' Name...Amen

5/16/23 Philippians 4:6-7 do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. 7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Peace -- A stress free state of security and calmness Peace. Most of us just want peace. I will take nice cars, fine houses, fancy clothes, and a bank account full of money but it doesn't amount to anything if there is no peace. Our text encourages us not to be anxious about anything. Whatever we are stressing over, pray about it in faith. When we pray in faith and make our requests known to God, we will discover that He already knows all about it. But He will give us peace that only He can give. This peace that He gives, it will surpass all that we can even comprehend. This peace will allow us to be stress-free in the midst of the storms and trials of life. Let Us Pray Lord, Increase Faith Today in us as we look to You for the peace that we so desperately need. If we are being truthful, sometimes we are fearful, nervous, unsettled, and anxious. We realize this is not ordained by You so we are making our requests known to You now. Guard our hearts Lord. Protect our families. Save our children from the streets. Place Your hedge of protection around us. Heal our bodies when they are sick. Restore our joy when it has been lost. Give us Your salvation in Jesus Name...Amen

5/15/23 Psalm 1:1-4  Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers;  2  but his delight is in the law of the Lord, and on his law he meditates day and night.  3  He is like a tree planted by streams of water that yields its fruit in its season, and its leaf does not wither. In all that he does, he prospers.  4  The wicked are not so, but are like chaff that the wind drives away. Presence: immediate vicinity; proximity There is an old adage which says that birds of a feather flock together. In other words, you will usually see birds that are the same flocking together, flying together, migrating together. Their habits are the same. The flight patterns and migration paths are the same. It is therefore safe to assume that all of these birds have the same viewpoint when it comes to things that matter to them. You likewise, will be associated with those with who you have in your presence. Either you will be influenced, or you will be an influencer. Our text encourages us with this blessing that we are blessed if we don't keep company with the wicked or stand in the presence of sinners. Check your circle, who do you hang around? Are they bringing you blessings or curses? Let Us Pray Lord, Increase Faith Today as we check our circles and make the hard decision to leave some people behind. Give us discernment to know who is for us and who is against us. Help us to see clearly who we need to walk away from as we strive to walk closer and closer to You. We thank You for forgiving our sins and cleansing us of all unrighteousness, especially those unrighteous actions that came from unhealthy associations. In Jesus' Holy Name...Amen

6/11/23 James 1:17 Every good and perfect gift is from above , coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like the shifting shadows. God's creation and design of anything, especially gifts, are intently and accurately assigned. They come from above but affect everything that they come in contact with. We must utilize these gifts for their intended purpose. If he graces us with a gift 🎁 we must honor and cherish his generosity. He is not Fairweather but is consistent. Let Us Pray: Lord Increase Faith Today, thank you for another day to give you praise, and thanks for not changing. I ask this day for your consideration to search our hearts and give clean hearts 💕 if they don't meet your standards. In the majestic name of your son Jesus Christ 🙏.

6/10/23 I Peter 4:8 Above all things, have fervent charity (Love) among yourselves, for charity shall cover the multitude of sins. Fervent: Having or displaying a passionate intensity. This is a very important and necessary statement. Peter says above all things we possess this passionate type of love with intensity. This is amazing because we had such an impeccable example in the love God displayed in giving his only begotten son. He son displayed that same passion not just by dying but being born. Ask yourselves if this type of love possesses me? Keep living, and you will see if this is the case because if so, you will witness what that love does or does not cover. Let Us Pray: Lord Increase Faith Today, Gracious Father, we thank you and admire you for such great love bestowed upon us. You are the greatest example for us to emulate and help us in the areas we may fall short. We must have an introspective view of our own lives. Amen. 🙏

6/9/23 John 14:6 Jesus answered, " I am the way the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." Have you ever heard of a one-way street? If you try and go down it, there can be consequences or penalties. Jesus is the truth that's often not accepted even amongst his own. Many don't accept the truth or have access to the Father. So they would rather give credit to a universe or some other diety, and going this route, they will not receive eternal life. Let Us Pray: Lord Increase Faith Today, Lord, we accept you as the way the truth and the life, and thank you for access to the Father. Amen

6/8/23 Phillipians 4:4 Rejoice in the Lord always: again I say, Rejoice. Rejoice: feel or show great joy or delight. If we delight ourselves in the Lord, we will continually rejoice. Just think about who he is and not what he has done. Can you still rejoice? Let the joy of the Lord be your strength in every waking hour. Let Us Pray: Lord Increase Faith Today, Dear heavenly Father, we thank you that when we think of your greatness and compassion for your children. It brings a smile to my face because you have loved us before we knew what love was . Every day, with the rising of the sun, we witnessed your faithfulness. Great is your faithfulness , Morning by Morning new Mercies I see. Amen

6/7/23 Joshua 1:9 Be strong and of courage; be not afraid, or dismayed: For the Lord thy God is with thee withersover thy goest. Courage: the mental or moral strength to venture, persever, and withstand fear, danger, and difficulty. Living today and walking out of your front door could require courage. The dangers seen and unseen are no surprise to your God. God had to encourage Joshua as he would be the newly appointed leader of his people. As he was with Moses, he said he would be with him. Each day presents not just challenges but also opportunities. God wants to unveil more opportunities for us to witness his exploits in our lives as well as in the lives of others. Let Us Pray: Lord Increase Faith Today, Lord rain on the just as well as the unjust. You have not a respector of persons. Lord, allow us as many are experiencing new seasons of life that need defining and proper navigation. Nothing is impossible to the one that believes. We love you, Lord. Amen

6/6/23 John 11:34-35 And said,Where have ye laid him? They said unto him, Lord, come and see. 35 Jesus wept. Luke 19:41 As he approached Jerusalem and saw the city, he wept over it. Hebrews 5-7 In the days of his flesh, Jesus offered up prayers and supplications, with loud cries and tears , to him who was able to save him from death, and he was heard because of his reverence. Pope Leo the Great , reflecting on this passage (John 11:35), is thought to have said: "In his humanity Jesus wept for Lazarus; in his divinity he raised him from the dead. In the next passage (Luke 19:41), Jesus weeps because his own people rejected him, and what could have brought them peace was now hidden. In the last passage, he prays and cries, and through his suffering, he learned obedience and became the source of eternal salvation. Three occurences where Jesus literally sheds tears. Each episode has a different meaning and definition of compassion and passion. Just know that each of your tears has a meaning that only God can define. Psalm 56:8 David says, " You keep track of all my sorrows." You have collected all my tears in your bottle. You have recorded each one in your book. Let Us Pray: Lord Increase Faith Today, Lord, we want to thank you for your passion and being an example to humanity, if we believe and except you there is a peace that will comfort us in the most challenging of times. Lord, thank you for defining our tears and knowing that they are not in vain. Amen

6/5/23 Deuteronomy 11:13-14 And it shall be if you earnestly obey My commandments, as I commanded you today, to love the Lord your God and serve Him with all your heart and your soul, then I will give you the rain for your land in it's season, the early rain and the latter rain, that you may gather in your grain and your new wine and your oil. Farmers understand the importance of rain, and those who are not farmers should also as well, because it helps with the growth and production of crops. There is a saying that when it rains it pours, often with a negative connotation. In reference to the repetition of negative occurrences. God tells his chosen people to be mindful of the Commandents towards him so that he may receive the former and latter rain. What's the purpose of the rain? 1. Life-giving 2. Purification 3. Refreshment 4. Promise- Covenant rainbow 5. Abundant blessings. Then God references the 1. it represents 1. Healing and Restoration 2. Strengthening. The Oil represents 1. Consecration 2. Cleansing to make one holy 3. Symbolizes Completion 4. Also used for cooking. So let's have another view when it comes to rain if you looked at with When it Rains it Pours point of view. Have a heart ❤️ of expectancy towards the former and latter rain. Let Us Pray: Lord Increase Faith Today, Lord, some of your people need you to rain on and in their lives they the need abundant blessings associated with it. The former rain seems too distant, but Father refresh them when they begin to think upon the affects of the rain (praise him). We want to be cleansed and consecrated by the oil and receive healing and strength by the wine. Selah

6/4/23 Psalm 24 :7-8 Lift up your head O ye gates! And be lifted up, you everlasting doors! And the King Of Glory shall come in. Who is this King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, The Lord mighty in battle. How do you receive a King and not just any King? David when the ark of the Covenant was entering the city danced out of his clothes. He rejoiced and celebrated because The Lord strong and mighty approved of the city and the King. Do you know how to honor the presence of the Lord. What would that mean for your life? He must be honored and referenced. Let Us Pray: Lord Increase Faith Today, O mighty God we want the and approval of your presence, we want clean hearts and pure spirits in order to host the King . Forgive us for anything that would hinder us from receiving a Devine encounter. 🙏

6/3/23 Isaiah 43:18-19 18. Remember not the former things nor consider the thing's of old. 19. Behold Iam doing a new thing; now it springs forth , do you not perceive it ( shall ye not knowit)? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert. Spring: burst or flow forth, sprout, to emerge, to happen, become known. If you think about the human mind, it is hard to forget things in the past. Certain things such as people, events and occasions, situations, and traumas all may have had a significant impact on your life. Despite the impact or significance , God does not even want these things taken into consideration, no energy or meditation on these things. He wants to make known things that will burst and flow forth . Are we hindering the way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert by holding on to the past. The master doesn't force anything against your will . I don't know what your wilderness is or what or where your desert is, but let go of the past so that you may receive the New! Let Us Pray: Lord Increase Faith Today, Father, we want to evacuate the former things so that we may be open to receive the spring. We can only do so with your help. So today, we declare that the old things will stay where they are in the past. We open our spirits and our minds so that we can perceive the New things that will burst forth. Thank you
                    1. Excited about the "NEW things"!!😊

6/2/23 Psalm 113:3 From the rising of the sun until the going down of the same, the name of the Lord is (worthy) to be praised. Praise: express enthusiastic approval or admiration of someone or something. As you think of the gift of being able to be alive to witness the amazing beauty of a sun rise. During the course of a day, there are many things that can occur , sometimes, the things that occur are welcomed, and some aren't. But whatever the case, don't allow anything to cloud your judgment to give praise to the one who placed the sun in position to rise. Be mindful and enthusiastic to give praise between the rising and setting of the sun. Even in comfort or discomfort, begin and end your day with praise. Let Us Pray, Lord Increase Faith Today for the one who may not feel well physically, mentally, or spiritually. When they think upon the goodness of the Lord, encourage their spirits to be uplifted and stirred. Bring a smile not just outwardly but internally as well. From the rising of the sun to the going down of the same, you are worthy to be praised.
