- Is anyone else having issues with the Servant Keeper transition? They were all over us in the information-gathering stage, then I got an email saying I'd get an email soon. A month later, nothing. I contacted support, and they told me I should have gotten something. I replied back to tell them what I just told you. A week later, nothing. I just emailed them again. This is pretty frustrating.
- We've requested that they contact you, Jon Cole. We apologize for the inconvenience.
- Hello Jon Cole, I am sorry to hear about your experience. I know that the Servant Keeper team is working hard to get people migrated as efficiently as possible. I will reach out to Servant Keeper on your behalf to get a better understanding of where they are in the process of migrating your services.

- Question: How do you add a fund to your giving? We have multiple places that people give to and I am trying to add a new one.
- HI Highland MBC, You can follow the steps in this article to add additional funds: https://support.faithlife.com/hc/en-us/articles/360005024771-Configure-Funds
- 2022 Annual Giving Statement missing? I see Annual 2021 Statement, and monthly 2022 line items, but no Annual 2022 Statement. Am I missing something?
- Hi Greg Balzer, I apologize, I'm not sure if this hadn't been looked into earlier. Upon digging into the account it seems your annual statement is available in your finance team, it just wasn't published. Unless you've set your statements to auto publish they will remain in draft mode until a member of your finance team publishes it. That looks to be the case here as it's listed in draft mode still. https://support.faithlife.com/hc/en-us/articles/360037758672-Customize-Your-Giving-Statements Let us know if you're still not seeing statements as expected, perhaps we are not looking at the group you're looking at in case there is an instance of more than one giving account you manage.
- All good now Sean. Thanks for the info.

- Academic Awards Program Symbols are important. What we as a people choose to recognize and honor helps determine our priorities and define what we regard as successful. When our students and educators excel, it is vital that they be recognized and serve as role models encouraging others to aspire to excellence. That is the purpose of the Oklahoma Foundation for Excellence’s flagship event, the annual Academic Awards Celebration. The Foundation recognizes and honors academic excellence in Oklahoma’s public schools through a prestigious Oklahoma Academic Awards Program. Awards to be given at the Academic Awards Celebration in May include: $1,500 scholarship to each of the 100 Academic All-State scholars selected from Oklahoma’s public high school graduating seniors; $5,000 cash award and Medal for Excellence to five public school educators, one each at the elementary, secondary, community college/regional university and research university levels. An elementary/secondary administrator also is honored. Since 1987, the foundation has awarded more than $5.1 million in merit-based scholarships and awards. Academic All-Staters and Medal for Excellence recipients are honored at the annual Academic Awards Celebration, which has been described as the “Academy Awards” of public education in Oklahoma. Awards will be presented at the foundation’s 37th Academic Awards Celebration on May 20, 2023, at the Cox Business Center in Tulsa.

- Enhancement to giving statement process... we would like to see some enhancements when running giving statements. Currently, anytime the process is run, the finance team would need to go in an individually unselect givers who do not want a statement printed. The setting is not saved on the giver's account. Since more church members are more electronically knowledgeable, it would make sense to be able to let the giver select how they would like to receive their statements. Also, it would save paper! We would like to see the following... Each giving member should have the ability to select as many options below for giving statements: 1) Print all giving statements 2) Print year end statement only 3) Print no statements 4) Send email when statement is ready 5) Send email when statement is ready with statement attached Please let Faithlife know if you would also like these changes!
