• New To The Oxlip Library! “Fearfully and Wonderfully Made”:    From Answers in Genesis comes this oversized book featuring 3D photographs of the development of a baby from conception until birth. It includes a foldout timeline of the “Journey of Life Before Birth” exhibit from the Creation Museum in Petersburg, KY. It also offers answers which may be helpful in engaging those whose views on abortion differ from your own.    “Fearfully and Wonderfully Made” is available on the conference table in the library.
    1. New Books in the Library!

On Sunday, March 19, the following books will be available in the church library:

"Jesus Revolution": You've seen the movie, now you can read the book! It's the true story of how the Jesus Movement of the late 60s transformed a California pastor and sparked a revival among disillusioned youth. It's also the story of pastor/evangelist Greg Laurie and his wife Cathe, who fifty years later continue to serve the Lord and call people of all ages to follow Christ.

"Either Way, I Win": This revised version of Lois Walfrid Johnson's earlier work centers around her coming to terms with what could be terminal cancer, and how the Lord ministered to her fears and brought her peace. If you are in the midst of a storm, her words may well speak to your heart.

"Died He For Me": A Physician's View of the Crucifixion of Jesus Christ": As we approach the Good Friday/Easter Resurrection season, this work brings into clear view how Jesus suffered physically as He went to the Cross for us.

These books will be found on the conference table in the library. Feel free to visit, and to check them out!

      Amen

          1. Missions Corner: Broken Arrow Bible Ranch: Would you like to join us? See Don Moses asap.    We have been taking teams to Broken Arrow Bible Ranch since 2018 to work on the camp director’s house. It was the original ranch house and had never been restored. Our teams have been between 7-10 people. Our mission this year will be to work on the dining room, finish the fireplace and kitchen cabinets, as well as replace several windows. We are also looking for a good, used UTV for use with daily chores and camp maintenance.    We are leaving on September 8th and will be working at the camp from September 12-16. Any donations would be greatly appreciated as we usually pay for all the materials as we go. We covet your prayers as well. If you would like to join us, see Don or Donna Moses, Greg or Kathy Anderson, or Don Dimitry. Thank you,     Don and Donna Moses, for the Broken Arrow Team

Tony Evans always has something good to say. Here's a short read about Joshua 24:14-15. "Joshua makes a declaration: “Now, therefore, fear the Lord and serve Him in sincerity and truth; and put away the gods which your fathers served beyond the River and in Egypt, and serve the Lord. If it is disagreeable in your sight to serve the Lord, choose for yourselves today whom you will serve: whether the gods which your fathers served which were beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you are living; but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord” (Joshua 24:14-15, NASB 1995).
