Hello, This Sunday was our "go live" Sunday using Proclaim for the first time during service. However, I was given a request to show a video last minute but I could not find a version that would play correctly within the software. It was decided to use another computer as a work around, stopping the OnAir presentation of Proclaim, switching the input on the manual screen switcher to the secondary computer and playing the video. Once we switched back to Proclaim things went haywire. Slides were missing, aspect ratio of the screen changed, one presentation showed the first slide and quit. Going forward, what is best practices so I can alert folks as to what to expect (and what to not expect) Thanks!

Michele Bowers Aiken if it was a youtube video it should of worked in Proclaim. We have a video guide explaining how to get youtube videos onto your presentation. Please check out our video guide here: https://support.proclaimonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/203171209-How-do-I-add-a-YouTube-or-Vimeo-video-to-my-presentation- Note: Make sure you use the full URL, shortened URL's will cause problems. To get the full youtube video URL, find the video via searching on youtube.com, view the youtube video, and copy the URL in your browser's address bar. If you have a shortened URL, follow the shortened URL you have to open the youtube video's page and then copy the correct URL from your browser's address bar.- Oh. I see. I'm pretty sure it was the shortened url that was not working correctly. I found one (after service, of course) that was the full url (though I didn't know that was the problem) and it worked fine. Thanks, again for all your help Matthew Mattox
