• When I delete a slide, the bar across the bottom moves to the left so that the current slide is out of view. It didn't used to do this. How can i change this?
    1. Help! Cleaning up groups I didn't understand I was part of, and now our music library is gone.

Yea I was doing the same and I didn't realize the "Worship Team" was connected to hosting the song library. Oops. I *will have to call Proclaim support to see if it can be restored. https://support.proclaim.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/19864396203405-Getting-An-Error-Adding-A-Song?utm_content=connect-worship-team&utm_medium=app&utm_source=proclaim
      2. Yes. Write in to support. They were able to recover and reconnect to my presentation team. I find the different 'teams/groups' confusing (Church, Presentation Team, Members, Worship Team). All connected, but how/why?
    2. Howdy All; Does anyone know how to get something in the Warm-Up section to trigger a lighting cue the first time through but to skip that cue any time after that? Our DMX software treats the MIDI cue as a toggle, so when the cue comes around again it toggles off.

You could use a Cue < Stage Direction < go to the Signal tab and then use the Lighting/Midi option. That's how I was using Proclaim to trigger a scene switch in OBS Studio. You could also attach that midi note signal to any slide as well. You may have to add a redundancy slide in order for it to ignore the cue again.
      2. I already have the cues set up, . I use MIDI for a lot of different cues in both OBS and the DMX kit. All of them work very well, but the one in the preservice loop gets triggered more than once. The DMX software treats each trigger as a toggle, which is great if a different lighting scheme is on when the cue trips, but if it is the same lighting scheme it just shuts the lights off. I'm trying to add a cue for the "Pre-Service Lighting" that we created into the Pre-Service Loop in Proclaim. The first time through the trigger turns on the lighting scheme -- but when it loops back around it toggles that scheme back off. I guess I could duplicate all of our preservice slides multiple times so that it never loops back around.
      3. Ah I need to read better next time my apologies. One thing I read that one of the devs does (Jordan) is his church uses a Sign Feed link to hold all of their pre/post announcements so you could have your first few slides to trigger the midi first and then use the slides in the sign feed website link to go through the same slide order without triggers. There is a quick loading screen at first that you might be able to hide with a transition but I've found it to be useful.
    3. Yeah, same problem here. It asked me some kind of question when I opened it and completely eliminated my storage.
    4. I don't know what just happened. Apparently, I had to renew, or repurchase Proclaim. I lost all my previous presentations. I need them back. How?
      1. Thanks for the report, we're investigating now. Can you confirm you're in the correct group? In the menu bar, click Teams, and make sure your normal group is selected.
      2. Thank you for this tip. I switched my team and everything returned.
      3. Thank you. I think this has worked. I suppose my nest question is, was I supposed to pay something? Seems like after the payment went through, is when it prompted me to choose something (which I obviously did not choose wisely).
    5. For the last couple weeks we've been getting this error message when trying to Import the preacher's Keynote presentation. Anyone else? Ideas on how to fix?
      1. We too saw this. We wanted to transfer control to PowerPoint but it would not work.
      2. Exporting as images and then dragging them to the order of service is a great work around to ensure your teams know about. It will add them all in order in a nice grouping just like the import feature. can you submit your log files and we can take a look? There was an issue with Apple's newest version of Keynote that we fixed... I doubt we broke older version, but you could make sure you are up to date on both Proclaim and Keynote
      3. Jordan, we had the same error with PowerPoint also
    6. I think the most recent update broke some font features. I like to include the Hebrew writing of some words when we mention them and for the most part the built-in fonts let me see the Hebrew but currently only the Hebrew Handwriting font lets me have that option.
      1. This was fixed in todays update .146 and it fixed another issue I was having as well! Thank you Devs 💖
    7. Is there a way to export the songs list to a report or spreadsheet? I was asked by our music director as he needs to report to song select our quarterly song usage?
      1. You might inform your music director that Proclaim can be linked directly into reporting at CCLI. I, too, was doing independent reporting, but contacted CCLI & they walked me through the process of it being linked. Simple and easy.
      2. Does your music direction mean CCLI? You need to report a 6month time frame every two years and they will notify you in advance when it is your reporting period. Also, as Jamie has said, there is a way to automatically report during your reporting time. Also, you can access your records from your main proclaim screen through the little person Icon on the top right. A drop-down menu will pop up, choose 'View song usage reports.' That will show two more choices, 'song history' or 'CCLI usage.' The second one can be downloaded and printed out if needed.
      3. Link your Proclaim account with your CCLI account; then ensure you are using CCLI Song # on your slides. This way, all SongSelect music is automatically reported each week. So much easier than having to do it separately. I still report non-CCLI music in OneLicense.
    8. Using Proclaim and OBS. Trying to setup a lower-thirds virtual display. Added an NDI source to OBS. Selected Proclaim. My lower-third is showing in OBS but the background isn't transparent. It shows the OBS logo. How do I fix this?
      1. Hmmmm, . That OBS logo usually only shows up when you have the OBS Virtual Camera enabled. For instance, in my second screenshot, I have enabled the OBS Virtual Camera as the Video Capture Device. Check your Sources in OBS and make sure that the correct camera is set up there. Also, you may have enabled the OBS Virtual Camera in Proclaim (first screenshot).
      2. Thanks Steven, I'll check those settings.
      3. it was the OBS Virtual Camera in the Proclaim video input settings. FIXED!! THANKS!!
    9. how can i add a song seleclyric video a presentation?
      1. There is currently no way to put the new SongSelect lyric videos into a Proclaim presentation. CCLI needs to provide a way for other programs to access the lyric videos before Proclaim can even think about using them. In this thread https://faithlife.com/posts/6253966, look for a comment by Jamie Wiley where the method given by CCLI for using the lyric videos with Proclaim is described.
