Hi All,
We have two issues with Proclaim we have been experiencing during our Sunday services and wondered if there are any resolutions:
1 - sometimes during the service, all of our slides will go black for a short period of time. They will come back after a few seconds and then we have to reposition to the slide we were on when this happened. I suspect this is due to the synchronization process. Is there any way to disable synchronization for the duration of our service so this does not occur?
2 - we typically sing several songs from our hymnals during the service. We fill in the hymnal number (ie, "Blue #123" or "Brown #123" since we have 2 hynmals) on the song slide so the hymn number will appear on the title page and each lyric page so people can find it. However, the hymn number will simply disappear at random times during the service. I edit the song page and add it again but there is no guarantee the hymn number will be there when we get to that point in the service. Why does it disappear and how can I prevent this from happening?

- We experience problem 1 often -- I'm praying that someone can find a solution to this, . Ours may be caused by the Proclaim Remote app, though no one has been able to find a solution. If someone synced that could cause it also -- perhaps there needs to be some sort of Sync lock-out so that someone in the office doesn't cause this black-out by merely opening Proclaim. Hey, devs at , is there ever gonna be a fix?
- Point 1 is something we are working on mitigating right now! So hopefully you will get an update in the near future. Not sure on number 2, but we have had lots of changes in this area too, so a coming update might resolve that issue as well.
