We are having trouble with playing videos through Proclaim to our projectors. No matter how we upload the videos, the audio is off with the picture. Any fixes or best practices we should know about?

At 胡桃河市日系基督教會 of Walnut Creek (CA, USA), I'm going through the 篠田乃室 ShinoDa Hall upgrade proposal; two wired screens (one Landscape, one 90° Portrait to accommodate @-fonts) are what I envisioned. Application: 1920x1200; Slides: 1920x1080; Alternate Output: 1080x1920. We've a budget proposal for an ASUS® Pro WS-W790-SAGE SE planar, but we were NOT expecting that the intel® XEON® W7-3455 MPU (FCLGA 4677) was only supported by crossdraft coolers, NOT downdraft; so I put fansinks on three PCIe 5.0 SSDs to compensate. We've also an emachines®/acer® EL1210-09 (as upgraded wi' the AMD Athlon x2 BE-2450 CPU) driving a projector on the center beam. THAT goes to OpenLP™, as ubuntu® 24.04.3-LTS DOESN'T support LOGOS® Proclaim®.- We've had this issue from time to time, particularly with larger video files. Our workaround has been to save the videos on the local computer running Proclaim and reimport them making sure that "use on this computer only" box is checked. So far, that has always fixed audio sync issues. So far!
- I was caught out by this a few months ago, by some upgrade changes. Have you checked that the sound is enabled. It is at the top of the video If the video has uploaded, without a warning, I would think it is the sound not being turned on.
