Which (historical-critical) OT commentary set should one keep upgrading? OTL (Old Testament Library), H (Hermeneia), AYBC (Anchor Yale Bible Commentary), ICC (International Critical Commentary), ECC (Eerdmans Critical Commentary)? (I don't count WBC (Word Biblical Commentary) to this cathegory as it tries to be several things.)
I assume most of us have at least two of these sets? I don't have ICC, just a few very scattered volumes (an the NT is included in Verbum Cloud subscription which I have during this ongoing Month)
Most recently I have actually bought monographs produced by De Gruyter, Brill, Springer and Crossroad Publishing Co, such as EDIT: if I afford it later on https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/9004282653?ref_=pe_3187911_185740111_TE_item&pldnSite=1 and two volumes (going to get all the volumes, latest hardcover Editions) of A History of Women Philosophers - a four volume set which covers a very long period of time and came out mostly in the '90s.
