Hi there. We are a tiny church plant and just downloaded the free trial. We meet in our home, and we've just been using Google Slides and casting them wirelessly to our our TV via a Chromecast. I'm trying to figure out how I can get Proclaim to display on my TV. It doesn't appear to have Chromecast functionality. Any ideas? Do I need to hard wire a computer to the TV?
- Thanks, Matt. Just tried that, and I got closer. I used a different account that is in our church group but not the presentation group on the iPad, and it showed our opening welcome slide on the TV/Chromecast, but just stayed there even though the announcement loop was rolling on both the computer and the iPad. I'm thinking we may just need to get an HDMI cord and connect the computer to the TV directly....

, Was the presentation On Air on your computer? You can only control presentations from the iPad if you're joined to the presentation group. An HDMI connection would still be more ideal, as it would allow the slides to be full screen on the TV, whereas chromecasting the remote app will only present precisely what you are seeing as well. If you're logged into an account that's in the presentation group, you can set it up so that the computer is connected to the TV via an HDMI cable, rendering the slides full screen, and you can control and advance the presentation from your iPad.- Sounds good - thanks, again. I think we're going to HDMI the computer and mostly use a clicker that will be connected to that computer, but I like that I can also use a second device to see what's coming up and make the last minute slide changes on the fly if necessary.
