Does Proclaim integrate into Telestream's Wirecast? I see where a couple of others like ProPresenter does.

    So I was gonna reply with instructions for DesktopPresenter, however its acting weird for me at the moment... I'm not able to select the window I want, and for some reason it isn’t showing me all my displays. However, NDI Scan converter is working great with Wirecast. You can download it here: https://ndi.tv/tools/ Shows in wirecast when you add a shot, click Network, and you should see it listed. Proclaim lets you have an additional ‘Foreground only slides output' which works well for livestreams during worship. Check out my screenshots, I have the slides output with a motion background, a separate output with foreground only to capture with NDI scan converter, and then Proclaim and Wirecast with wire cast showing the lyrics onto of a stream.
