I really like the potential of the new Notes Tool, but there are a couple of issues that need immediate attention: 1) Text copied from a resource to a note does not contain a link back to the resource as it did in the old system. 2) Notes cannot be sorted by Bible reference, a serious short-coming in Bible study software.
- Hello Phil, thank you for your response to my comment (of which I couldn't find maybe that's because I'm a follower and not a member. How do I go from Follower to Member?) and I look forward to the ability to add more media to my notes. This software is a great scholarly tool and "my dream" for this software is that it also becomes the Digital hub for my Spiritual Life. Also, I want you to know that I am a HUGE, HUGE, HUGE, fan and I tell everyone I know about your software. Your orginization has an enormous task and I want you to know that your efforts are very much appreciated. I pray for you guys often. Thank you!

Followup on my original post. Created a note from a non-Bible resource and added anchors to referenced Scriptures. Noted that the resulting note contains the hi lighted text and does have a link back to the source. Well Done. The only thing missing is that the note does not contain bibliographic info. Not sure how important that would be with the link back to the original source.- Hi Jack, having the ability to copy and paste text and have it automatically produce the bibilographic information that is hyperlinked to the original source is important to me so your post caught my eye. If I'm understanding your post correctly, I think for me the difference would be the extra step of you having to add the anchors manually. I would hope this would be something automatic like it used to be in L7. Adding steps of manual work is something that is keeping me from upgrading to L8.
