Today, I can’t get the slides to display on the proclaim app (iOS). Solid internet connection for both computer and iPad. Restarted iPad. Reinstalled proclaim app. Took presentation on and off air. No luck. When I hit “control” for the service in the app, I just get the spooling symbols. Where the slides should be. I can still advance the slides but can’t see anything.
Tried to tap the “send support info” button under the main menu. That just immediately crashes the app every time.

- Also, not sure if the local wifi is a practical solution for us. We have to use a guest network that requires re-login every time, so if the IP address changes, that would not be user friendly for less techy people who need to use the system.
- Hello Twin Towers Music, In the settings menu on the remote app, can you select "Send Support Info" so I can see some log files as to why it's crashing. And we did rollback the changes that caused the remote app failure, so you can proceed using the remote app as you normally have been if the local Wi-Fi option isn't ideal. However, it is good to have as a backup option. Once I get those logs I can look into as to why it's crashing.
