Three weeks of sheltering-in-place is 21 days to form new habits. So, I’m trying out a new routine:
1. This morning I read a devotion in Sarah Young’s book Jesus Calling and reflected on the scripture references.
2. Next, I completed a 15-minute yoga exercise for beginners on the Down Dog app, which is free until Apr. 1st. It was challenging because I’m such a newbie, but it also felt refreshing.
3. I took a prayer walk in my neighborhood. Just me walking at a brisk pace, giving thanks to God, and praying about what’s on my mind. Took about 25 minutes.
4. Back at home, I stretched and then closed out in prayer.
What new habits or routines might you try over the next 21 days?
